2.5-hour Masterclass. Participants will explore our culinary expertise, by crafting a variety of éclairs, including red berries, exotic fruits, and praline flavors. 

All easily achievable at home

Apprentices will leave with a bag full of goodies and have the opportunity to engage with the chefs, in addition to baking and learning about our culinary processes with a complimentary glass of Perrier Jouet or Rothschild champagne.
