RASPBERRY TART AND PAVLOVA MASTERCLASS

2.5-hour Masterclass. Participants will delve deeper into our craft, creating a raspberry tart with orange blossom and pistachio. You will also prepare an exclusive Mango and Jasmin Pavlova - a dessert featuring a delicate meringue shell, fluffy whipped cream, and fresh mango. Its irresistible blend of textures and flavors will inspire you to bake this heavenly treat!
Apprentices will leave with a bag full of goodies and have the opportunity to engage with the chefs, in addition to baking and learning about our culinary processes with a complimentary glass of Brut or Rosé champagne.
