2.5-hour Masterclass. Participants will delve deeper into our craft, creating two revisited millefeuilles and an exclusive chocolate strawberry jar, not available on the menu!

Apprentices will leave with a bag full of goodies and have the opportunity to engage with the chefs, in addition to baking and learning about our culinary processes with a complimentary glass of Brut or Rosé champagne.
