2.5-hour Masterclass. Participants will delve deeper into our craft, creating a revisited lemon yuzu millefeuille and an exclusive pear chocolate jar, not available on the menu!

 Apprentices will leave with a bag full of goodies and have the opportunity to engage with the chefs, in addition to baking and learning about our culinary processes with a complimentary glass of Perrier Jouet or Rothschild champagne.
